In this inaugural inter-dimensional beamthe Blind Shake tear through "Tar Paper" as abstract illustrations wash over them playing live at the Hideaway studio in NE Minneapolis. The Blind Shake have been fearless sound-art-explorers touring the globe for over 10 years. On Oct. 29, they're celebrating the release of a new LP at 7th Street Entry.

Mpls Guitars are artist-built sound soul machines that open portals to new planes of existence and consciousness. Check a recent profile The Current blog did of MPLS Guitars here.

The Blind Shake brothers are among a growling list of cool humans who are performing and recording with MPLS Guitars (Ed Holmberg of BloodNStuff / Zak Sally of Low/The Hand, Garth Blomberg of Lutheran Heat/Holler House and more). We're doing everything we can to enable cult-members artists open portals to unknown realms even when that might mean more danger than treasure.
