In this inaugural inter-dimensional beam, the Blind Shake tear through "Tar Paper" as abstract illustrations wash over them playing live at the Hideaway studio in NE Minneapolis. The Blind Shake have been fearless sound-art-explorers touring the globe for over 10 years. On Oct. 29, they're celebrating the release of a new LP at 7th Street Entry.
Mpls Guitars are artist-built sound soul machines that open portals to new planes of existence and consciousness. Check a recent profile The Current blog did of MPLS Guitars here.

The Blind Shake brothers are among a growling list of cool humans who are performing and recording with MPLS Guitars (Ed Holmberg of BloodNStuff / Zak Sally of Low/The Hand, Garth Blomberg of Lutheran Heat/Holler House and more). We're doing everything we can to enable cult-members artists open portals to unknown realms even when that might mean more danger than treasure.
